It’s a grey and rainy day today so I decided to work on a project that was bright and cheery. Since I’ve been cleared to go out to Utah for the quilt retreat next week I thought this would be a good day to do my quilt prep. I just love the fabrics for this quilt – they make me want to fill a tall glass with lemonade, sit on the patio, and read a good book.

Have fun! Hooray for a quilt retreat! I have a quilt that my Mother-in-law had made. It's yellow and pink. She wants me to have a girl. That would take a miracle just to get pregnant but I know miracles happen. Just look at you! :)
That'll be a nice quilt. I wish I had more time to work on quilts. We finally got all of the material for Clayton's quilt, so hopefully I will start working on it soon. Have a fun time!
I love the fabrics. Where do you get your fabric? I hope the books are to your liking. Let me know if I can do another library errand for you again.
